House site: comprised of two titles, there is potential for subdivision (STCA).
Access: via a well formed gravel road and existing cleared areas at the top of the ridge provide good options for house sites with magnificent views and minimal impact on existing bushland.
Local area: The area offers many natural attractions, including the Disappointment State Park (~4kms). And if you want to experience some of the other regional attractions, several berry and olive farms, small wineries and breweries are nearby, as well as cycling opportunities on the Great Victorian Rail Trail.
Conservation covenant: As a condition of sale a Trust for Nature Conservation Covenant will be placed on the property title to protect the ecological values of Falcon's Nest. Typically an allowance for a dwelling, in an appropriate area, is made within the covenant for all Revolving Fund properties.
