The whole of this 53Ha property is habitat to a diverse range of flora & fauna with views from Briggs Bluff, Roses Gap, Golton Gorge and towards Mt Zero. The property is adjacent to a covenanted property and backs onto the Grampians National Park. It was Trust for Nature's first Revolving Fund property in 1989/90. 

Existing 9m x 18m (30’ x 60’) colourbond shed with reinforced concrete floor and wood heater, and two 22,400 litre (5000gal) tanks.  No power or septic connected.  Covenant allows 1ha area for dwelling plus an additional 1ha area for a field study centre.  The property is supported by 6 Dams.


Property is situated half way between Stawell & Horsham (35 Kms to both centres) and is adjacent to the northern end of the Grampians. From Dadswells Bridge head north 3Kms towards Horsham on the Western Hwy A8, turn left at the 263km post, the gate entrance is 1Km from the Hwy.
