Coastal Property near Port Albert

The property is predominantly coastal woodland and includes Manna Gum, Banksia, Grass Trees and wattles. There is a large and recently replenished wetland area fed by a spring. Native grasses are widespread with very few weeds. Mammals present include koalas, wallabies, kangaroos and wombats.

Habitation consists of a professionally built, architect designed colorbond house with a loft. The house is still under new house warranty.  The floor area is 110sqm plus sleeping loft, plus 52sqm of veranda on a concrete slab. An Australian Nectre wood fire and soaring cathedral ceilings add to the character and atmosphere.  Underground power, tank water and a phone line is available (the latter is currently not connected). Other external features include a single car garage and a wood shed.
