Box-ironbark property with large, old Red Ironbark and Grey Box scattered throughout. Trust for Nature surveys have identified significant flora and fauna.  Species include Crested Bellbird and Swift Parrot which visit regularly, Wedge tailed eagles which have nested on the property, and diverse flora which include Buloke, orchids, acacias and grass trees. The spring flower display in recent years has been impressive, with many orchids, heaths and other box-ironbark flora present.The property is adjacent to two other covenanted blocks and near to several others.There are two dams, and the Conservation Covenant also allows for a dwelling and associated outbuildings.
