Secluded wildlife retreat in the foothills of the Otways

The majority of this property is indigenous bushland with sections of wetland along Porcupine Creek and adjoining the Great Otway National Park.  Vegetation includes Sedgy Woodland, fern gullies and patches of Lowland Forest.  Over fifty wildlife species have been observed, including possums, frogs, wedge-tail eagles and koalas.
The property contains a large secluded home with three bedrooms, an office, two bathrooms and three large living areas.  There is a north-facing sunroom from where you can sit back watch a diverse range of birds feeding and bathing around the established garden.  The garden also contains a productive orchard and veggie patch.   Water is stored and supplied via tank, dam and an enviro-septic water treatment system.
