Interstate Land Alliances:

Queensland Trust for Nature operates a revolving fund that is used to buy, conserve and resell areas of high conservation value in the state.

The Nature Conservation Trust of NSW is a non-government body set up under the Nature Conservation Trust Act 2001 to promote the conservation of natural and associated cultural heritage on private land in NSW. The Trust protects private land of high conservation value in NSW through a Revolving Fund and Covenanting programs.

The Tasmanian Land Conservancy is a not-for-profit organisation that acquires and manages land in Tasmania, protecting important natural places.


Trusts & Foundations:

The Thomas Foundation was established in 1998, focusing on nature conservation, with the specific objective of halting the alarming decline of Australia's native animals, plants and forests. Total grants and commitments in our first decade exceeded $11.575 million - allocated in support of projects and programs in conservation, education and the arts.
