Cydelia Reserve is an undulating bushland property supporting one of the largest and intact remnants of the endangered Plains Grassy Woodland in the district, and some of the largest old growth River Red Gums and Yellow Box in the Grampians region. There is also a rich area of Sedgy Riparian Woodland as well as beautiful areas of Damp Sand Herb-rich Woodland, Heathy Woodland and Heathy Dry Forest.
The property provides a natural habitat for Western Grey Kangaroos, Wallabies, Emus, Speckled Warblers, Powerful Owls and many other species of birds. In 2014 the property was impacted from local bushfires, yet has slowly revegetated.
Surrounded on three sides by the Grampians National Park, this property is unique, with steep hills and broad valleys.
There is all weather access by two roads and the property has numerous wonderful building sites with the potential to subdivide into two lots with a house on each.
