The property also contains a high quality patch of remnant Grassy Woodland (Vulnerable) with beautiful mature Grey Box, E. microcarpa and Yellow Gum, E. leucoxylon scattered throughout it and a large patch of young to aging Buloke, which have been largely lost from the surrounding landscape. It provides great habitat for birdlife and many woodland bird species have been observed on it. The property contains a newly fenced 8 ha Domestic Area with several possible sites for a dwelling and a permanent 1ML dam.
