Natural Grampians Woodland property in the foothills of Victoria Valley, adjacent to Victoria Range and bordering the Grampians National Park.
Eucalypts, Acacias, Banksia, Rea Tree, Grass Trees, and Hakea are in abundance. There is also a small water hole for wildlife, including the kangaroos, wallabies, and the more than 90 bird species that are known to use the property.
There are fantastic views from elevated areas; east, west and north to the Grampians Ranges, and south over the Volcanic Plains.
The property has no built structures on it.
Directions: From Dunkeld (approx. 45km): head north along Victoria Valley Road to Victoria Point Road; then west to Bullawin Road (gravel road); head north for 7km to a small bridge. You will then come to a locked gate leading to a privately-maintained 4WD track through the National Park for approx. 4km. From Hamilton (approx. 45km): head towards Victoria Point Road, and then west into Bullawin Road; then follow as above.
