Trust for Nature’s Revolving Fund has had a successful year despite the property market downturn.

The fund received many generous donations to a recent appeal. The money raised will be put towards the purchase of endangered grasslands in Northern Victoria, and threatened woodlands in Gippsland.

The latest properties to have been sold include Minimay, which provides habitat for the endangered Red-tailed Black Cockatoo, and Launching Place, which protects over 60 ha of remnant vegetation in exceptional condition.

The Revolving Fund currently has three bushland properties for sale, with all profits being returned to the fund for future property purchases.
